Design, checking and supervision of works in existing buildings and industrial structures. Where a scheme needs a discipline we do not hold in house, we say so at the enquiry stage rather than after the fee is agreed.

Fees

Domestic surveys are quoted as a fixed fee after the address is confirmed. Design work is quoted either as a fixed price per package or, for open-ended remedial work, at an hourly rate with a capped first stage so no client is committed beyond an agreed figure.

Insurance and accreditation

Professional indemnity cover to £5m, employer's liability to statutory limits. Calculations are issued under the seal of a chartered engineer registered with the Engineering Council.
